Grant and Victoria are a husband-and-wife duo who met working in the restaurant scene of Carmel, California. Grant brings over 22 years of culinary expertise, having trained under a Michelin Star chef in Santa Cruz. Victoria has worked the front of the house since she was seven years old, creating a lifetime of hospitality know-how that shapes every customer interaction.
Together, they founded 5WTX Field Kitchen with a mission to serve good people good food. Their combined skills and love for the industry come through in every plate, every event, and every interaction. With a passion for quality and a heart for community, they bring restaurant-level excellence to the open road.
